Frequently Asked Questions
1. How does Price per work?
Enter a price and quantity, choose the correct unit, and the app calculates a normalized unit price so different products can be compared on the same basis.
2. What units are supported?
The current version supports g / kg / ml / L / pcs / bottle / sheet / bag / pack / box.
3. What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free supports up to 2 comparison cards and up to 2 comparison sets. Free also includes the Citrus theme only.
Pro lets you add 3 or more cards, removes the comparison set limit, and unlocks every theme color.
The free version may show ads. Pro removes ads.
4. Does the app store my data?
The app may store comparison sets, saved sets, and settings locally on your device so you can continue where you left off when input retention is enabled.
5. How do I clear saved data?
Use the app's clear actions and settings related to retained input. If needed, deleting the app will also remove locally stored app data from the device.
6. I bought Pro. How do I restore it?
Open the app settings and use the restore purchase option in the Pro section.
7. The calculated result looks wrong. What should I check?
Please confirm:
- the entered price
- the entered quantity
- the selected unit
- whether the products are being compared on the same basis
If the issue still appears, send a support request with the exact values you entered.
