SplitStack / Privacy Policy
SplitStack stores athlete names, timer state, history, notes, and appearance settings on your device. It does not use accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking.
D.Dealing Co., Ltd. explains how the iOS app SplitStack handles information in this Privacy Policy.
SplitStack stores information created or entered by the user on the device to provide multi-person timing, lap records, session history, and CSV export.
The app handles the following information on the user's device:
The app does not require an account and does not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses as part of its core functionality. Content entered in athlete-name fields is chosen by the user.
App data is stored in an app-specific on-device area provided by Apple. D.Dealing does not operate an external server that stores this timing data.
Depending on the device's backup settings, the data may be included in backups provided by the operating system.
When the user requests a CSV export, SplitStack creates two temporary files—a session-summary CSV and a lap-detail CSV—and passes them to the iOS share sheet. The user selects the destination.
SplitStack does not automatically choose a destination or send CSV files to D.Dealing servers without user action. After sharing, the selected app or service handles the data under its own policies.
Version 1.0 does not display ads and does not use analytics services or third-party SDKs for tracking. It does not use advertising identifiers to track users.
SplitStack uses Apple's App Store and iOS for distribution and operating-system functionality. If you select a third-party app or cloud service from the share sheet, review that provider's privacy policy.
Roster and team information remains on the device until you delete those items. Completed history is retained separately until you delete the corresponding history records or uninstall SplitStack.
CSV files exported outside the app are no longer managed by SplitStack and should be managed or deleted at their chosen destination.
D.Dealing takes reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data and app architecture. Users should also manage device passcodes, backups, and sharing destinations appropriately.
This policy may be updated as the app, laws, or operations change. When changes are made, the last updated date on this page will be revised.
